I’m donating three 5x5 prints to a benefit for Planned Parenthood. Maybe this will drum up a little bit of interest… And it’s for a good cause!

Planned Parenthood writes:On Saturday, May 26th, Planned Parenthood will present an art sale and performance benefit show. We are currently seeking donations from local artists, to be sold both at the event and in a small number of other venues in the weeks following the 26th.There are no hard and fast guidelines; feel free to create pieces inspired by the benefit or to donate previously completed work. Painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture or any other kind of medium are absolutely acceptable. Each artist will be featured in a small bookletabout the show that includes a biography and contact information—while 100% of the proceeds will go to Planned Parenthood, at the very least, it’s free publicity.Donations should include a suggested price, small bio, and contact information.Hard deadline for the Gallery 5 show is May 11; however, donations after the fact will be accepted and sold in other venues in the weeks after the show.If you are interested, please contact Grace Albritton at (703)587-6241, or albrittongc@gmail.com ”
